⛵️ Training aimed at preparing for independent charter and conducting a cruise, consciously, with a sense of security and agency. After years of our own experience, training and conducting dozens of cruises, mainly in the Baltic and Adriatic, we have created a training program that we would like to be on before conducting our own cruise.

We practice on a large, modern, approx. 15M yacht, in a tight marina with moorings, only real and practical, we sail between yachts, we practice emergency scenarios. This is not training on an empty quay, on a small <12M yacht.

✅ MANEUVERING: we will discuss and practice the most useful methods of manoeuvring a yacht - on the engine and on sails (different variants of mooring, anchoring, MOB, turns, drift, etc.). We teach maneuvers so that you can perform them yourself or with very limited outside help - we know that such skills give the skipper peace and a sense of agency in all conditions.

✅ TAKING OVER AND RETURNING THE YACHT: all elements needed for independent yacht charter, check-in / check-out procedures.

✅ SAFETY: pure practice, safety alarm drills,

✅ SKIPPER ATTITUDE: management and communication with the crew, we practice the way of communication to clearly explain what we expect from the crew.

✅ NAVIGATION: route planning, electronic and classic navigation,

✅ METEOROLOGY: daily weather briefing, how to choose an anchorage, a marina, how to plan a route so that the crew does not get sick, when to sail, when to wait?

✅ TRIM of the basic sails, how to sail optimally and squeeze out extra speed

✅ FAILURES: what to do when everything doesn't go as planned!

🛥️We will sail on a yacht for about 15M

💰 The training is in the all-inclusive formula and includes: charter, insurance (yacht and personal), training by an experienced captain, food, fuel, marinas, welcome gift, taxes and service before and after the cruise.
